Positive: Receptionist at night was really helpful and went to our room to help with the remote control.

Negative: 1. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. The hotel was almost empty and we arrived at 13:30. Many hotel make an exception and let us check-in early. He didn't even checked if it was possible and stayed on the rule. Not nicely and not flexible. 2. The wall are too thin we could listen the snoring of the neightbors.

Summary: Not bad for Oaxaca. Not great.
