Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This is a centrally located hotel. Security is taken seriously. That is a plus. We were given a spacious room, and the parking area was large. The staff was friendly and willing to help.

Negative: Looks like they are new to online booking. I had to prove I had reservations by showing the confirmation on the phone. It took a while for them to figure out I had paid. My room didn't have air conditioning. You have to pay extra for that. Also, this is a motel in the Latin American sense (not in the US sense). Discussing the difference in a comment may not be appropriate on this platform, but ensure you understand the differences before booking.
