Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I had seen the pictures of the building of the hotel: 3 floors. The garden and pool looked nice, but we did not use it as it was far from our room. The food was mainly Mexican style.

Negative: I had asked for a room on the first floor, as my husband carries oxygen and has mobility problems. At arrival, the building was up a 45 degrees ramp, with no elevator. I had to change the room to the bottom part of the hotel, paying the fee of a suite. Even so, the 50 steps up the ramp kept us from enjoying most of the facilities. We stayed in the room most of the time.

Summary: The hotel is nice. Lacks facility for the elderly. Needs a good update in the rooms.
