Positive: Beautiful, modern and great location, 5 minutes on foot to downtown, with just the right distance to avoid the late-night noise. But honestly, what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Their hospitality and friendliness are on another level. They even share a WhatsApp number so you can reach out anytime, even when you’re not at the hotel, which makes everything so much easier. I was in town for a sports event and they had prepared these elaborate “race kits” as a welcome gift for participating guests. It’s those little details that truly set them apart and make the stay memorable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a team that genuinely cares.

Negative: Since my visit was short, I didn’t really have the chance to notice anything negative. From what I experienced, everything was comfortable and well taken care of, so no complaints at all.

Summary: A comfortable, welcoming stay made memorable by the staff’s genuine hospitality.
