Summary: Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the jets don’t work. As far as my interactions and food/drinks I would give 5 stars. I lowered the rating for maintenance because I upgraded my room to have access to the pool on my balcony but sadly did not get to use it. One of the staff was kind enough to kill a huge bug for me otherwise I would not have slept (just a fun side note about how lovely the staff are). It’s noisy as well (I already knew it was on a highway so for those who aren’t aware, don’t be surprised if it is noisy from cars).
