Summary: Staff is excellent, above and beyond. Especially the woman with the longer hair in the breakfast area in the morning. Top notch. Rooms/hotel? I’ve been in dirtier hotels but they were all along a highway, not next to central park. Hotel definitely needs to invest in some better cleaning or new carpets.
