Our renovated home with 50mps WIFI is a perfect base for all your San Juan Mountain adventures. Renovated bathrooms and kitchen, fresh linens. Three blocks to the cute historic town of Rico, with a few restaurants, coffee shops, and miles of hiking/biking trails outside the front door. Only 24 miles to Mountain Village/Telluride to catch world class festivals, shopping, and dining; all along one of THE MOST beautiful drives in the Lower 48, through Lizard Head and past gorgeous Trout Lake!

Our home features a spacious great room featuring a Malm wood-burning fireplace, which flows to the newly remodeled kitchen, as well as out a set of French doors to a second-story deck with fantastic views of the San Juans.

Walking a few blocks will bring you to the quaint downtown, currently featuring a couple bars/restaurants (including one with a renowned chef), a BBQ food court, cute coffee shops, an awesome boutique liquor store, a museum, a bike shop, and a fuel station featuring a very nice provisions grocer that also carries libations. Walking a block in the other direction will bring you to the start of miles of hiking/biking/Xcountry skiing trails. Our neighborhood consists of friendly, long-term locals. Please note: there is one outdoor security camera on the front of the house pointed towards the road, and one outdoor security camera on the back of the house pointed towards the alley/garage area that are always active for your safety and the security of our property.
