Summary: This cabin worked well for our family of 4 and we'd likely return. We loved the location. Parking was easy, beds were comfy. Kitchen has nice appliances and all the tools we needed to prepare simple meals. There is no dishwasher and some of the coffee mugs were not totally clean so I'd recommend you give them a thorough cleaning before using. Another issue was that the fireplace was locked and out-of-service and we weren't given a heads up when we booked, just an apology when we inquired about it. We were disappointed as we'd been looking forward to cozy evenings by the fire. Another disappointment was that there were no coffee filters. The place was spotless except for dust and many large crumbs under the couch. The heater and TV worked great, the shower handle in the master should be updated as it went from scalding to freezing and wasn't intuitive to adjust (didn't use the other shower). Communication was adequate. We didn't need to strip sheets, start laundry or take out trash which was a plus. Beanbag chair, simple but festive christmas tree and maldon sea salt in the cupboard were very nice touches.
