The doors of the apartments can be left open to go up and down through apartments as the group will be the only ones in the building. The property has a park across the street and is located 2 blocks away from the subway and that subway takes you into the heart of lower manhattan in 15 minutes. Very convenient and the house was very nicely remodeled. Its perfect for larger groups of people to be able to stay together in comfort.
