Positive: The room was nice. Recently renovated. Niven was excellent. She really cared about us.

Negative: The hotel was under renovation so the lobby was in bad shape. The breakfast should have been complimentary. Not worth the price for the quality and a nice thank you the challenges of the renovation.

Summary: It was good but could have been better.
