Summary: We didn't get breakfast included, the restaurant was closed for the days we were there. The outdoor pool was not open. One of the rooms AC unit when we woke up was dripping water. And the AC in the living room didn't work.

Summary: The stay was fine for one night, but the price is quite high.
I chose this hotel because of the impressive photo of an infinity pool, but upon arrival, I found the pool out of service—and it looks like it has been that way for years.
The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is dated, lacks proper amenities, and has a very basic restaurant.

Summary: Hotel was clean but it definitely needs to be renovated. It lacks of basic amenities like food, snacks or beverage. Internet only worked around the lobby area and we didn't have a control room in our room. Also the main pool was not available due to maintenence, but it seems that the pool has been out for several years. Other than that the property was clean and the limited staff was friendly.

Summary: The staff and the location are the only reason I gave it three stars. Location is great, nice beach. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets. Paint peeling, stucco falling off the walls. Pool has been under repair for a while now. Only small pool open. Not worth the price.

Summary: We booked the Junior suite and what we did not like is the main door won’t lock. My kids did not feel safe on the junior suite so I spoke with receptionist and they were very kind and I got switch to a master room and my kids felt safe sleeping in there. The pool was dirty my kids couldn’t swim there. The beach is warm and relaxing. The staff was very good and kind.

Summary: Unable to lock room properly, tv not working, they said some one would come to the room to fix it but never showed poor WiFi service unable to connect, swimming poool needs maintenance overall just worn out hotel
