Summary: Freizeit at Breezy Point is such a special place. We can’t wait for our family to return next year. Communication with Stephen and Toby was fantastic. In each exchange they were both so warm, welcoming, accommodating, and timely. The home itself is beautiful and cozy. Our family felt at home immediately. We paddled and swam all week long and the shallow water, with soft sandy entry, was perfect for our little ones and dog. We loved watching the osprey, kayaking to the conservation marsh, and swimming/ playing in the clean, clear waters of the lake. We enjoyed building fires in the fire pit outside and the stone fireplace inside, especially with the provided firewood in the garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make all of our meals and we really appreciated not needing to pack a single towel. The bath and beach towels both were high quality. Bonus points for awesome appliances including convenient washer/dryer in the large pantry off the kitchen. Many shared living spaces to suit everyone (we had our kids, our small dog, and the grandparents) and the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable for everyone as well. Our kids loved the double bunk bed, which was super sturdy and cozy. Each bedroom has balcony access and lake views— it’s a truly spectacular spot. Highly recommended!
