Positive: We have stayed here before. convenient location for our plans. I like that they got back to us promptly with requesting an early check-in and a late checkout.

Negative: The property has seen better days and could use some refreshing, parts of the shower handle kept falling off in the bathroom. We have been here before, so we know Colfax is super busy and loud, but Cofax is being worked on and there was a jackhammer right in front of our room. They perhaps could mention that. I know that’s something that they can’t control, but it was really disturbing.

Summary: All in all, we had a good stay, nice size room, but I would mention the construction and that this is a distressed zone.
