Summary: It's old, simple, but it's got everything you need. This was a fantastic value for a full week, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice & warm, and the rooms have a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. My only real issue is that the phone number provided seems to be disconnected. I don't know how to go about contacting the hotel about an item I may have left behind.
