Positive: Views, nature hikes, comfortable room and nice amenities, beautiful establishment, snacks/wine in our room for honeymoon

Negative: General service of staff members was poor - they were very indifferent, reactive, and unprofessional/not attentive. They lacked good communication skills - We were woken up at 6:20 by emergency headlight alarms in our room and received no notice until we reached out to them directly an hour later and then were met with a simple "sorry about that". We ordered room service and it didn't arrive until after we called the lodge 1 hour later asking about the status of our food, and it was dropped off abruptly with no apology. Rooms were not cleaned every day even though we requested it, showing lack of care and attentiveness. Staff did not have proper first aid kit when needed.

Summary: Beautiful facility and views, but service is poor for what you pay
