Summary: The room was clean and comfortable, however, the walls are really thin. We were on the bottom floor and heard kids jumping and running around on the floor above us until midnight. I could hear the guy in the bathroom in the room next to us. Not just mumbling, I could hear everything he was saying clearly. Check out is at noon. I had my “privacy please” sign on the door and at 10am housekeeping persistently knocked on my door until I answered and asked if I’m checking out today. Two hours prior to checkout. I called the front desk to confirm the checkout time and explained what happened and all he said was that maybe it was a new hire. No apology or anything.
