Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Mi Amor. The location is fantastic—set inside the national park, it feels peaceful and less busy, yet still close to everything. It’s about a 30‑minute walk or a quick 5‑minute bike ride to the main restaurants, with plenty of nearby hotels offering dining options too. The beach is just a 7‑minute walk away, which makes for a lovely stroll, and the Mayan ruins are easily accessible. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The property was spotless, and the food was delicious, it would have been good to have more “snack” options as well. We stayed in the petit jungle room, which was cozy and beautifully designed, though the balcony space was more enclosed than expected. It was still a lovely room, but next time we’d definitely upgrade to a larger option. Overall, Mi Amor is a gem in Tulum, and we’d happily return!

Negative: No direct access to the beach but it was not an issue for us and they have lovely cabanas to enjoy.
