Summary: I booked for the kitchen and location. Kitchen nice, new, but didn't have enough basics, I had to keep asking for more things to be added. However, the place has no saucepan, no cooking utensils, no toaster. At least have the basics, please! I had to buy my own spatula. Kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper. Location is OK. Be warned, I found this place from a search for "hotels in Puebla Centro Histórico." This hotel is NOT in the historical center of town. Be prepared for very long walks. Area is OK, but it's on a busy street with car dealerships, many generic buildings... not the old-world charm of the heart of Puebla.
